What’s the opportunity?
You will be leading treasury operations across LATAM and play a key role in managing banking relationships.
What will I be doing?
- Lead the Treasury team in Argentina and support the Country Manager and Sales teams.
- Develop and execute short and long-term financial strategies for the company, including liquidity and financial risk management.
- Develop treasury policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in managing the company’s financial resources.
- Lead the relationships with banks and other financial institutions, ensuring access to necessary financial resources and the best financial conditions.
- Lead the monitoring of financial markets, assessing their impact on the company, and proposing adjustments to treasury strategies and policies as needed.
What skills do I need?
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or similar Finance related field
- MBA or Finance Postgraduate is a plus
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate finance, risk management, and treasury.
- Previous experience in leadership and team management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Advanced/Fluent English is a must.
