What will I be doing?

    • Deliver technical and operational support to global operations teams, with a strong focus on data analysis, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Design, build, and maintain internal tools and solutions to optimize workflows—including dashboards, automated reports, and system integrations.

    • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement scalable operational solutions.
    • Support the global rollout of new processes by ensuring robust technical and operational enablement is in place.

What skills do I need?

    • 7+ years of experience in technical roles, ideally within tech, startups, or fintech environments.
    • Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential, as this role collaborates closely with global stakeholders.
    • Strong command of SQL and data modeling for deep analysis and reporting.
    • Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., AWS Quicksight, Athena) and automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make).
    • Solid skills in scripting using Python or JavaScript, and advanced use of spreadsheets.
    • Comfortable working under tight deadlines in fast-paced, evolving environments.
    • Exceptional analytical thinking, with the ability to draw insights and inform decision-making through data.
    • Strong communication, collaboration, and a proactive mindset, with a clear sense of ownership and curiosity to drive improvements.
