What will I be doing?
- You will work closely with a team of skilled engineers and define strategy and roadmap for the platform, evangelizing to the development teams and broader organization.
- You will execute that vision, ensuring every item on the roadmap provides the desired outcome to our customers and the business.
- You will analyze and use data to make informed decisions.
- You will do whatever it takes to make your product and team successful, no matter how big or small the issue may be.
- You will be working with people from all around the globe.
- You will lead and inspire other team members of the Product team.
What skills do I need?
- Creative product thinker who loves collaborating across the company with engineering, marketing, legal, finance or sales.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in product development, with 3+ years of experience in Product Management
- You have a proven track record of developing product management teams, while effectively overseeing the work of large groups of engineers.
- Experience managing technical software products from kick-off to ship.
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience in the payments, fintech industry is a plus.
