What will I be doing?

    • You will work closely with a team of skilled engineers and define strategy and roadmap for the platform, evangelizing to the development teams and broader organization.
    • You will execute that vision, ensuring every item on the roadmap provides the desired outcome to our customers and the business.
    • You will analyze and use data to make informed decisions.
    • You will do whatever it takes to make your product and team successful, no matter how big or small the issue may be.
    • You will be working with people from all around the globe.
    • You will lead and inspire other team members of the Product team.

What skills do I need?

    • Creative product thinker who loves collaborating across the company with engineering, marketing, legal, finance or sales. 
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in product development, with 3+ years of experience in Product Management
    • You have a proven track record of developing product management teams, while effectively overseeing the work of large groups of engineers.
    • Experience managing technical software products from kick-off to ship.
    • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
    • Experience in the payments, fintech industry is a plus.
