What's the opportunity?
As our Project Associate, you will join the Business Assurance team with the responsibility of bringing new insights to the table and optimizing all of the reconciliation processes. We are a global, fast-moving payments technology company working tirelessly to bridge the gaps in emerging markets.
What will you be doing?
- Participating in the development, implementation, and support of Business Assurance automation of all the reconciliation processes of the company.
- Proposing new ideas to improve the current processes of the Business Assurance team.
- Being active in proposing ideas to create new processes, as well as improving the existing ones.
- Identifying and reporting issues within the automated platform for reconciliation.
- Following up on corrective actions to resolve differences and deficiencies reported.
What skills do you need?
- Bachelor of Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar fields.
- Senior level in Excel, VBA Macro, Python & Javascript
- Simetrik is a plus
- APIs knowledge is a plus
- RPA is a plus
- SQL is a plus
- 2+ years of experience in Projects, QA testing, internal/external auditing, reconciliations, or multinational companies.
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and adapt to change quickly and multi-task.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and confident; High attention to detail, well organized, and excellent analytical skills.
- Advanced/Fluent English.
