What's the opportunity and its challenge?

We are looking for a Head of Revenue Operations to drive revenue acceleration by creating, executing, and enforcing processes across our revenue-generating teams. 

What will I be doing?

    • Developing a forecast, reports, and analytics.
    • Reviewing and adjusting fees.
    • Assessing internal incentives and compensation models.
    • Enhancing the sales process and tools.
    • Leading and developing onboarding, learning, and development strategies.
    • Defining overall sales strategy.
    • Manage and lead a global team of Revenue Operations professionals 

What skills do I need?

    • Fluent in English is a must, other languages are a plus. 
    • 6+ years of experience leading Revenue and/or Sales Operations functions; Global experience is strongly desired
    • In-depth understanding of data analytic tools is required
    • Project management and department road mapping experience
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and able to help facilitate change.
    • Previous experience leading remote global teams
    • Ability and desire to process and solve complex problems while balancing many cross-functional stakeholders
