What’s the opportunity?

We are looking for a dynamic Senior UX Designer to enhance our Finance Core product team. In this pivotal role, you'll shape the future of our internal financial tools, performing a variety of projects and tasks spanning from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity designs and usability testing. You will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to develop tools that streamline and scale our business operations.

What will I be doing?

    • Collaborate with global teams across engineering and product management to deliver scalable, user-friendly financial systems
    • Facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops with interdisciplinary teams to generate innovative ideas and define the direction of the products
    • Create user journey maps, and other UX artifacts to inform the design process
    • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate design concepts and interactions
    • Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design decisions
    • Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and assist in implementing UI elements
    • Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle
    • Responsible for evaluating and measuring the business impact of design solutions

What skills do I need?

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent and verifiable work experience)
    • 3-5 years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse types of projects
    • Strong communication skills, able to convey complex ideas effectively
    • Capable of managing multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
    • Analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable and scalable insights
    • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility
    • Proficient in Figma, Maze, or similar design tools

Nice to have

    • Experience with business management tools and a basic understanding of financial operations
    • Skills in metric analysis, performance optimization, and conversion funnel optimization
