We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our Core Banking Solution in Brazil. This role is critical to the success of our Payment Institution, ensuring we deliver a robust, compliant, and scalable platform to support payments for large enterprise merchants operating in the region.
You will be responsible for reshaping the vision of our core banking capabilities, spanning settlement, reconciliation, safeguarding, funds flow management, and regulatory reporting—while ensuring seamless integration with local infrastructure and global systems.
What will I be doing?
- Own the end-to-end product for the Core Banking Solution, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and customer needs.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Treasury and Regulatory teams, translating business needs into scalable solutions.
- Ensure the platform supports the needs of large enterprise merchants, delivering reliability, transparency, and efficiency.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Brazilian banking regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation, exploring new technologies and practices that strengthen resilience and scalability.
- Collaborate with global product teams to ensure local solutions integrate seamlessly with international infrastructure.
- Define and analyze success metrics to measure the impact and value for each decision taken.
What skills do I need?
- Experience as a Product Manager in the financial industry in Brazil
- Knowledge of receivables ( Recebíveis de Cartões / Registro de Recebíveis / SLC / CIP / Efeitos de contrato de recebíveis) is a must
- Experience with the implementation of the receivables ecosystem is a must
- Good level of english is a must
