What's the opportunity?
We are seeking a highly motivated Payouts Associate to join our dynamic Payouts Operations team, focusing specifically on our Latin American markets. In this role, you will take full ownership of processing payment flows across multiple countries, engaging directly with various banks and partners, and continuously seeking to optimize performance and efficiency within our Payouts infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to directly impact our operations, ensuring smooth and reliable financial transactions in a fast-paced fintech environment.
What will I be doing?
- Process and meticulously analyze payment instructions in diverse countries across the Latin American region.
- Engage daily with banks, payment processors, and clients to ensure the efficiency and reliability of our payment systems.
- Conduct proactive analysis of transactional flows to detect potential risk issues and implement effective improvements.
- Execute comprehensive reconciliation and control of the entire daily transactional processing flow.
- Interact and collaborate effectively with various internal teams across the company to ensure seamless operations.
- Act as a key contact for banks and partners, taking the initiative to resolve issues and find innovative solutions.
What skills do I need?
- Proven experience in operations, ideally within payments, fintech, or banking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and risk detection.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with external partners and internal stakeholders.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify issues and drive solutions independently.
- High level of organization and meticulous attention to detail for managing complex transactional flows and reconciliations. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with payment process and AI tools is a plus.
