What’s the opportunity?

We are looking for an End User Support Associate to join our Operations Support team. The ideal candidate will join a team that takes responsibility for contacting end users.

What will you be doing?

    • Customer service via phone and e-mail.
    • Payment verification and release.
    • Identify problems.
    • Respond to incoming calls from customers to take their orders, answer questions and inquiries, and troubleshoot problems.
    • Develop a positive customer experience.

What skills do you need?

    • Bachelor’s degree in administration or any other related field (in process or completed).
    • Fluent in English and Portuguese. 
    • 1+ years of customer service, administrative or back office experience, preferably in a multicultural environment.
    • High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
    • Ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-task.
