What's the Opportunity?

 We are looking for a People Analytics Specialist to join our Rewards team and help us scale data-driven decision-making across all areas of People strategy. In this role, you will analyze and interpret workforce data across key topics like attrition, engagement, headcount, and compensation, helping the organization make better people decisions. You’ll work closely with the different People teams to deliver insights that drive business impact.

What I will be doing?

    • Build and manage dashboards and reports across various People KPIs, including attrition, headcount trends, hiring quality, performance, engagement, and compensation.
    • Partner with Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and People Business Partners to identify key metrics and trends that support workforce planning, talent development, and retention.
    • Translate complex datasets into meaningful visualizations and narratives for leadership and stakeholders.
    • Support organizational initiatives such as performance reviews, headcount forecasts, and merit cycles.
    • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance when managing sensitive HR data.
    • Contribute to the development of scalable analytics frameworks, data definitions, and reporting automation.

What skills do I need?

    • 3+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR reporting, or workforce planning;
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Sheets and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar);
    • Hands-on experience with HR systems (e.g., BambooHR, Lever, Lattice);
    • Ability to present complex findings in a clear and compelling way to non-technical stakeholders, attention to detail, and commitment to data quality and confidentiality;
    • Fluent in English;
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, international environment;
    • Familiarity with SQL or Python for data analysis is a plus;
    • Experience in tech, fintech, or global companies with complex organizational structures is a plus.
