Four Stars Ford in Jacksboro is seeking a motivated, hands-on Service Manager to lead our service department. - Lead, coach, and motivate a team of technicians to deliver top-quality service and repair work

- Foster a positive, customer-focused environment that promotes trust and satisfaction

- Greet customers, manage inbound service calls, and oversee scheduling to maintain efficient workflow

- Communicate effectively with customers throughout their service experience and follow up after each visit

- Manage shop inventory levels, ensuring timely repairs and parts availability

- Leverage dealership software and systems to maintain accurate customer records and service documentation

- Ensure all vehicles are serviced properly, efficiently, and with the highest level of care

- 5+ years of automotive service management experience (Ford experience preferred but not required)

- Proven record of success in leading high-performing teams and exceeding customer expectations

- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of various vehicle types

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Competitive, self-motivated, and driven to achieve results

- Positive attitude with exceptional communication and closing skills

Location: 205 W. Belknap Street, Jacksboro, TX 76458 (just one hour northwest of Fort Worth)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–6 PM & Every other Saturday

Pay is based on experience and expected to be between 100k-140k
