That’s why we’re looking for a skilled Client Retention Specialist / BDC Representative to join our business development team. Responsibilities:
-Skillfully handle heavy incoming phone and online inquiries
-High outbound phone work expectations for prospective clients
-Record customer information and feedback in our specialized software system
-Coordinate appointments and follow up with customers who missed appointments
-Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product offerings
-Always uphold strict confidentiality
-Demonstrate professionalism and respect in all interactions, whether on the phone or online
 
Qualifications:
-2 years of transferrable experience required
-Dealership experience preferred but not required
-Heavy call volume experience of outbound and inbound
-Essential multitasking and stress management skills
-A high sense of urgency and a commitment to making sound decisions
-Effective time management to meet and exceed company metrics and goals
-Self-motivated and independent, not discouraged by receiving no’s on the phone

Key Details: 
 
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at our Dallas office
Competitive base of $54,000 plus uncapped commission earnings that average $30,000-$50,000
