Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement general admin work plans in accordance with company policies and objectives.
    • Responsible for the procurement of equipment and consumables.
    • Manage company property, fixed assets, office equipment, etc.
    • Oversee various maintenance/repair projects, including outsourcing, inquiries for new equipment, negotiations, contract signing, and project supervision.
    • Support tasks with other departments, e.g. sales, marketing.
    • Coordinate business activities, e.g. charity, ESG, social club.
    • Follow Corp.'s policy to proceed with the procurement.
    • Helped and assist other depts to complete procurement.
    • Managed the relationship with external vendors.
    • Complete other related tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

    • Outgoing personality and possess a sense of service
    • Willing to follow and cooperate with the trivial administrative procedures
    • Welfare committee or event management experience preferred
