Our Delivery Team in Norway is now looking for the newest Delivery Consultant to join the team. The Delivery Team, which sits within our Operations department, has the central role of delivering of data to our customers. Team consists of Delivery Consultants and Technical Delivery Consultants, who work together to ensure clients are fully supported throughout their projects. This will be a full time, permanent position with a hybrid working policy from our beautiful Oslo offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Working with our customers in a professional and customer centric manner and provided timely and effective issue resolution
- Providing full support to customers throughout the lifecycle of a delivery project
- Understanding the solution (product, data, and process) and using that knowledge to support the sustomer
- Coordinating with appropriate D&B resources along with the customer’s project manager or sales representative and tracking the implementation progress
- Ensuring customer experience is optimal and that the process is continuous being improved
- Supporting other members of the Delivery team to work towards team goals, including assisting in implementing new process to increase customer satisfaction
- Continuously developing your knowledge on the data and systems used to deliver data to the customer to provide better support
About you
- A highly customer centric mindset, you love to work with customers and your colleagues to deliver the best service
- Experience working in data extraction and large databases
- Experience working with tool such as Excel and SQL
- A natural troubleshooter and problem solver
- A great team player, you enjoy working in a team environment and supporting your colleagues
- Ideally a qualification in information technology or similar discipline
- Fluent English and Norwegian is essential for this role
