The Commercial Director is responsible for all Sales & Revenue activities in the country (Czech & Slovakia) and is a Member of the CEE Leadership Team. The person will also act as one of the official legal representatives in the country (signing rights as MD). 

Responsibilities:

    • Conducting all Sales & Revenue activities in the country (including Forecasting and Reporting)
    • Reporting directly into the CEE Area Director
    • Acting as a member of the CEE Leadership Team
    • Taking direct responsibility for Solution Sales Large in the country (team lead)
    • Supervising Relationship Management Large team whose lead reports into this role
    • Supervising SMB Sales Lead team whose lead reports into this role
    • Guiding Business Consulting team on the priorities (pre-sales focus Large)
    • Acting as central communication point between country Sales and back-office functions (GTM/ Marketing/Data/Customer Service/ Commercial Ops/Tech/People)
    • Acting as one of the official legal representatives in the country (signing rights as MD)
    • Ensuring excellent CRM data accuracy on opportunity level (ongoing monitoring)

    • Knows D&B solution suite and translates product know how into customer use cases
    • Good understanding of competitor products & strategies

    • Routine in running C-level meetings/pitches
    • People player – knows how to motivate different personalities
    • 3+ years of experience in a Commercial Director Role, preferably from B2B
    • A strong digital mind-set and an experience from working with multinational companies
    • Experience in the field of B2B sales, leadership and working in multinational environments
    • A positive and flexible attitude with great collaboration skills 
    • Excellent communication and writing skills in local language and English
