PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Managing projects working directly with the client and partners, setting deadlines, defining deliverables, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress and keeping stakeholders well informed.
· Delivering customer satisfaction and overall excellence by being accountable, communicating professionally, as well as assisting with speedy issues resolution
· Translating client requirements into clear functional scopes, tasks and briefs (internal & external), with expected deliverables
· Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple complex projects.
· Preparation of monthly/quarterly project integrity audits, development & implementation of enhanced tracking, and reporting.
· Creation and tracking of projects, Escalates and tracks project issues, & document progress and prepare status reports (metrics, summaries, etc).
· Coordinates the creation of work schedules and maintains active work planning through use of gaunt charts and related work tracking methods.
· Coordinate trouble resolution and implement changes to prevent problem recurrence.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
· Bachelor's Degree in Information Management, Data Science, Business, or related field AND 5+ years experience.
· Demonstrated project leadership skills, with proof-points to deliver high-quality results on schedule and within budget.
· Outstanding and effective interpersonal skills; along with strong communication skills both verbal and written.
· Ability to weigh business and technical requirements to produce project scopes, plans and estimates. Fair amount of technical expertise required, ability to produce technical diagrams.
· Ability to lead both small and enterprise-wide engagements, facilitate meetings, manage stakeholders and effectively manage client escalations.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment.
· knowledge of relational databases is preferred.
· Experience in software (SaaS) or service industry is preferred.
