D&B have several local products in the Nordics (FI, NO and SE) based on vehicle data serving both the vehicle industry and other industries dependent on vehicle data. Most of the products serve commercial purposes for the customers in the local markets and are based on the often-unique access D&B has to relevant data and D&B`s expertise and know-how of data processing and data fulfilment and business understanding.

The team applies agile ways of working throughout the product development cycle:
• Product discovery – Identify the right customer problems and benefits.
• Agile development – Continuous development/ improvement always starting small with great ambitions.
• Customer validation – Direction, solution design and scalability.

We are seeking a strong Product owner to join the D&B Nordic product team to partner with a senior group of Product Managers, Tech, UX, and Analytical resources.

Responsibilities:

    • Lead product management lifecycle: discovery, definition, development launch and growth. Ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
    • Secure the continued delivery and improvement of services to our customers and make sure we uphold the expected quality in our services.
    • Lead the work of tech teams through agile methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
    • Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Work closely with the tech unit to create detailed product specifications and user interfaces.
    • Actively participate in an ongoing projects to continuously align local services and roadmap / strategy / target state for our products based on vehicle data.
    • Analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to iterate and improve product offerings.
    • Secure successful transformation moving from local to international products.

Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within product management, preferably with relevant formal education like a Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, marketing or a related field.
    • Problem-solver with a positive attitude and experience of managing and working with stakeholders. Uses evaluation, judgment, and interpretation to select right course of action and priorities.
    • Very structured, responsible and with significant project manager skills and experience in software / services development.
    • Team player, and comfortable with working across Nordics with different stakeholders, tech and data teams for different products.
    • Great communicator and good people skills.
    • Full professional proficiency in Finish and English language skills (Swedish would be an advantage)
    • Good knowledge of agile development principles and relevant methodology and tools (Jira & Confluence are a must!)
