The main goal for New Logo Sales Manager is to grow the value of portfolio by acquiring new customers within Enterprise segment in Czech Republic (>38m EURO annual turnover) or developing the existing Customers via cross-selling activities. New Logo Sales Manager cooperates with Relationship Managers (who look after existing customers) Business Development Director and is supported by Customer Service Team in daily operations.

Dun & Bradstreet plays a crucial role in Data & Analytics industry offering its customers a wide range of solutions to support decision processes across all industries. We support Customers with products built around the biggest global commercial Database (>500m companies Worldwide) containing ready-to use or customizable (web-portal or API) solutions in areas of B2B Credit Risk Assessment, Data Management, Marketing/Lead automation and KYC/KYV processes (AML and ESG related). Key responsibilities:

    • Achieving sales targets (strong hunter mentality)
    • Ensuring high NPS in the team and with clients
    • Understanding and and following sales rules
    • Delivering high-level performance in a position
    • Professionally representing the company at various events and conferences
    • Daily performance monitoring, providing guidance for personal development
    • Proactively proposing process improvements and their implementation
    • Focusing on D&B products and multiyear agreements
    • Actively helping sellers with resolving issues, giving advice and coaching them
    • Effective pipeline management and regular forecasting
    • Actively using all relevant sales tools and systems
    • Actively using all relevant people management systems
    • Focusing on a never-ending personal development and learning process (for products, company, industry etc.)
    • Focusing on the sales process transparency and understanding its details (sales policy, etc.)
    • Other activities as required by mentor or manager

Requirements:

    • Education: A relevant University Degree + relevant experience (preferably) or a High School Diploma with minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role supported by a strong acumen of business skills (communication, organizational structures, economics, sales etc.)
    • Fluent English and Czech
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills
    • Work experience in Industries offering technology (CRM, ERP, DataMarts, Process automatization) or offering data/ analytics to Enterprise segment might by additional advantage
    • Must be available to travel (up to 40%)
