As a Senior Partner Success Manager in Partner Operations, you’ll work closely with Partner Relationship Managers in Alliances to support key billing and processing activities for alliance renewals, activities that directly support partner satisfaction and retention. Retention of our key partner relationships is essential to our growth strategy at D&B, and the outcomes generated lead to stronger trusted partner relationships across North America and enable our alliance client directors to focus on more new business activities. As a Senior Partner Success Manager, you will serve as a cross-functional business partner with finance, operations, billing and collections, and have the opportunity to work with and support a diverse range of partners across our Alliances & Partnerships business.

Essential Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure 100% of billing and order processing activities for in-month renewals and usage overage are completed or with the Finance/Billing teams for review by the billing deadline on the last day of the month.
    • Responsibility for all renewal signing and non-signing (auto-renewal) events processing.
    • Guidance of order execution through configuration, fulfilment, finance review, billing, tax, and invoicing.
    • Secure all supporting documentation and alignments from relevant internal stakeholders.
    • Assist back-office teams in research/resolution of issues (billing, tax, invoicing, PO’s, collections, delivery contacts/methods, etc.).
    • Respond to initial order requests within 24 hours; meet promised dates; ensure communication of revised dates early.
    • Accountability for all owned orders E2E, including necessary off-hour support during the Finance EOM/EOQ.
    • Ensure the continuation of development keys for partner development, testing environments, co-sell connector maintenance, and demonstration capability availability at contract renewal (non-billing and billing events).
    • Submit product activation cases to ensure their fulfilment aligns with contract.
    • Work monthly with collections reporting to ensure that any potential credit fail scenarios are addressed ahead of time to ensure smooth renewal cycle for all deals.
    • Collaborate with Legal and Accounting teams on usage, attestation, GL reconciliation and compliance.
    • Regular Alliance Manager and internal team engagement and reporting.

Education and Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
    • Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience
    • Strong attention to detail, urgency in working, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues is essential.
    • Experience with accessing/using a variety applications and systems: SFDC, BI Portal, OA/QTC, BOLT, Sales Spot, iResearch, iDaaS, and Usage Reporting Systems.
    • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills including active listening, probing, ability to build empathy, situational awareness and adaptation, problem solving and a team-based orientation.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
    • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Strong working knowledge of D&B products, systems, reporting and scoring models is recommended. Detail and process orientation. Ability to work in an environment of ambiguity.
