About Your Role
- As our Commercial Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business to new heights. You will have a direct reporting line into Head of Sales CEE and will be the member of the CEE Leadership Team.
- Sales and Revenue Leadership: You will be responsible for all sales and revenue-related activities in [country/region], including forecasting and reporting. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving our goals.
- Team Leadership: You will lead and inspire the sales leaders in the Southern region. Your strong leadership will foster trust and collaboration among team members.
- Strategic Liaison: You will act as the central point of communication between the country's sales team and various back-office functions, such as GTM, Marketing, Data, Customer Service, Commercial Operations, Technology, and Human Resources.
- Market Analysis: You will closely monitor external factors impacting our business, analyze competitor strategies, and propose necessary actions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Business Plan Implementation: You will oversee the execution of our annual business plan, ensuring that our strategies align with our objectives.
- Talent Development: Regularly evaluate and nurture the growth of your direct reports and team members, empowering them to reach their full potential.
- CRM Excellence: Maintain and ensure the accuracy of CRM data, specifically at the opportunity level, through continuous monitoring and optimization.
- Pre-Sales Focus: Collaborate with our Business Consulting team to prioritize efforts, with a specific focus on large accounts.
- Sales and Leadership:
- Proven expertise in sales transformation and cultivating a performance-driven culture.
- Strong experience in SMB, e-commerce, and leadership.
- Exceptional networking skills for cross-functional and cross-border collaboration.
- Demonstrates a growth-focused and Challenger Sales mentality.
- Embraces opportunities with a positive perspective.
- Understanding of the D&B solution suite and competitor products.
- Exceptional customer understanding and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in designing and presenting business cases.
- Versatile experience in premium and large customer environments
- Strategic Vision:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Commercial Director role, preferably in B2B.
- Strong digital mindset and multinational company experience.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, leadership, and multinational environments.
- Positive, flexible attitude with outstanding collaboration skills.
- Fluent local language in addition to Croatian and English.
