The Role
The Delivery Consultant will be responsible for delivery value-added match, monitoring or selection service and customized data extraction project co-ordination, liaising between sales, the delivery back office and other third-party service providers. They will ensure the timely, cost effective and quality delivery of fulfilment projects to set Service Level Agreements (SLA's). The role will be customer facing when needed, especially to ensure issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- CUSTOMER:
- Drive, through individually owned projects or as part of larger projects, the delivery of D&B match, monitoring, or selection services, by:
- Engaging with the customers in a professional and customer centric manner
- Providing full support to clients throughout the lifecycle of a delivery project (Design, Build, Test, and Implementation) by being responsible to execute on Orders of match, monitoring, or selection services according to customer agreement with quality in a secure and resilient way.
- Answering detailed customer questions on available request/response of using the Data and best practice/recommendations.
- Understanding the solution (product, data, and process) and using that knowledge to solve the customer’s issues.
- Placing requirements and act as a ‘gatekeeper’ for the various workflow systems used within the team, allocating workloads out to the individual team members.
- Validating of orders to meet set compliance policies before either accepting or rejecting orders, with a need to work closely with key stakeholders (sales & finance) to manage the process.
- Processing work packages through the delivery systems, keeping the stakeholders informed of progress, to supply data to agreed timescales and quality.
- Coordinating with appropriate D&B resources along with the customer’s project manager or sales representative to assist in prioritizing business needs as well as progress of implementation.
- Documenting and tracking the progress of the implementation along with the issues that are being managed using D&B’s standard procedures and systems.
- Obtaining acceptance of the solution by the customer and making necessary recordings according to procedural requirements.

- PROCESS:
- Facilitate the matching, monitoring, or selection service delivery process and secure that the customer experience is optimal and that the process is continuous improved, by:
- Providing timely and effective issue resolution.
- Providing the defined standard support program for customers secure the optimal use of the data delivered utilizing the match, monitoring, or selection services.
- Coordinating across the appropriate resources both within D&B and at the customer to overcome technical challenges, manage/mitigate risks and ensure the customers’ successful implementation of D&B’s match, monitoring, or selection services.

Skills
- Experience with delivering match, monitoring & selection services
- Experience collecting and documenting requirements in formats such as user stories & use cases
- Experience in data manipulation and data delivery services
- Strong skills in data extraction and manipulation of large data sets
- Demonstrable understanding of global databases in a business environment
- Understanding of D&B data and solutions
- Strong use of data manipulation and extrapolation tools such as Excel, Access, and SQL
- Able to structure and follow necessary structures for Layouts, File Submission and secure that data manipulation is managed in a consistent ant secure way
- Solid understanding of using XML and other structures to organize data
- Good time management skills
- Strong relationship management skills to manage expectations and be a good listener
- Strong oral/written communication skills
