The Corporate Systems Team Europe, which is a part of Global Technology, is responsible for developments, improvements, hosting and maintaining of the Corporate Systems, like ERP and CRM systems and robotics and Atlassian Suite. We work each day together with our Business Partners to improve the systems, ensure a high quality and high availability of the systems. The focus is to support customer needs through our business partners each day.
Right now, we are looking for Business Analysts to our team who will help us drive key projects to their successful completion.

Key responsibilities:
- Analyze business process, design the new, future point of arrival E2E backend systems landscape
- Design Corp Service system POA systems
- Create User stories in close collaboration with our business partners
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements
- Work close together with our development teams and ensure that the developments will be done accordingly to the business partner needs
- Support the Project Manager on a daily base, identify project risks and mitigate them
- Coach and challenge our business partners each day, to ensure that we stay in the use of standard software components
Your experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Corp Services supporting the Lead to Cash process, deep knowledge in one of our Key areas (Financial Systems or Commercial Systems)
- Technical education – University or related
- A hands-on approach and creativity, think out of the box
- Familiarity of Agile methodologies
- A strong digital mind-set and an experience from working with UiPath
- A positive and flexible attitude with great collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English

- SQL , SOQL,
- Data warehousing and BI technologies, like Redshift, Snowflake, Microsoft Power BI or Tableau
