Trade Team
Our team is responsible for improving customer satisfaction and supporting revenue generation by analyzing and controlling data used for products, scoring and analytical models. The data is provided by many Trade suppliers globally and needs to be processed accurate and in a secure and efficient way.
 
The Role:
Give Technical support to Trade partners, Data Operations Analysts and Trade departments globally in solving Trade problems and Trade related issues. 

Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinating the delivery of assigned activities with other departments whilst providing highly responsive and comprehensive administrative support to the Leadership team and Technical Support Services;
    • Coordinating and maintaining the Trade processes;
    • To work with senior team members to built and maintain applications and databases;
    • Developing improvements for Trade system users, to make their work processes more efficient and to manage the expected compliance rules and regulations;
    • Participate in system or platform migration projects;
    • Producing enhanced Technical solutions for more complicated Trade issues, and support any Trade department Globally;
    • Supporting team members and Data providers to fix issues in the setup or the process flow via automated File Transfers;
    • Analysing financial data collected via data extracts from financial systems and ERP systems;
    • Maintaining and improving multiple data processes to increase the quality of the databases worldwide;
    • Identifying causes of the more complicated problems for rejected data; keeping the quality of the Trade database at the highest level;
    • Solving processing problems in files, fixing errors in programs, websites, applications and databases, and support D&B Network team if there are Trade network issues;
    • Ensuring continuity of service to all participating Trade markets globally;
    • Performing ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Key Requirements:

    • At least 5 years Technology experience
    • Create and maintain processes and applications in SAS, PHP and/or Python
    • Ability to utilize the network, applications, operating system monitoring and troubleshooting
    • Take ownership of existing applications for further development/improvements
    • Work closely with related groups to ensure business continuity
    • A self-motivated learner with strong customer focus and with quality
    • Logical with very strong problem solving skills
    • Experience with hosted environments, SQL, AWS, Azure, or other cloud service providers
    • Analytical skills and able to perform analysis on code bases to increase performance
    • Relevant experience within a specialized field
    • Strong team player with excellent listening and communication skills 
    • Fluent English written and verbal
    • Results oriented, flexible with an enthusiastic approach
    • Ability to respond quickly to Customer demands and market conditions
    • Degree in Information Technology (or a similar technical subject)
