Qualification: CA or MBA from reputed institutions or any other equivalent post-graduation qualification
Designation: Senior Research Analyst
Reporting:  Senior Team Lead - operations 
Executive Work Experience: 8- 10 years of experience in research, content writing, project management and team management
Skill Sets:
·       Research and Analytical Skills;
·       Content Writing Skills – Research content, Marketing Content and other event related content
·       Financial Analysis Skills- Ability to comprehend financial information and trends;
·       Project Management Skills – Managing Large projects; Managing team and vendors for executing content related requirements
·       Excellent skills in MS office: MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point Presentation
·       Proficient in verbal and written communication in English
·       Excellent Analytical and Reasoning Capabilities
Key Responsibilities:
1.       Manage Large Project IPs such as Top 500, SME Awards etc. which involves project planning, project coordination, maintaining project costs, communication and collaboration with other teams
2.       Manage research & content projects by working closely and managing the vendors for timely project submission
3.       Create presentation packs end-to-end revolved around the thought leadership forms - Themes, Discussion Topics etc.
4.       Ability to research content and consumer trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing for the D&B properties
5.       Create all communication collaterals for D&B Intellectual properties
6.       Identify new trending topics and develop new concepts on topics which are relevant for D&B’s business
7.       Creating Customized research reports/solutions: Attending Customer Meetings to understand customer requirements and offering appropriate research-based or knowledge sharing platforms and solutions
8.       Vendor Management and Team Management for project execution
