Position Overview

We are looking for a Sales Team Manager (Small and Mid-Sized Business) to join our team in Oslo, Norway. This person will lead a skilled team of sales people that own driving meaningful customer value and sustained YOY sales growth for our clients.


    • Thought leadership among Small & Medium sized customers:
    • Leverage deep knowledge and experience to help identify areas of future growth and potentially develop plan to execute on those in Small & Medium sized business segment
    • Understanding on life of an entrepreneur and its demands
    • Strong operational business acumen

    • Team member development & talent management:
    • Ensure proper talent is in place to be successful through continual evaluation
    • Consistent coaching on specific opportunities with team members
    • Work with team members on their personal development plans to ensure they are consistently learning and improving
    • Work with team to expand our value propositions within existing relationships offering greater value to our customers
    • Leverage sales framework for sales strategy

    • Financial responsibilities:
    • Ensure plan is in place to achieve performance objectives monthly at both a team and associate level
    • Consistent measurement, tracking, and reporting of key financial metrics to include new opportunities, expenses, overall sales, etc
    • Consistent opportunity and forecast review with team members as well as the Channel leader
    • Consistently demonstrate and reinforce behavior consistent with our values as an organization and reinforce the financial controls consistent with our practices
    • Work collaboratively with internal partners within different functional areas to ensure tight alignment of priorities and resources


    • Combined selling and sales leadership experience of 5+ years within Telesales with focus on B2B and / or Small & Medium sized customers
    • Strong executive presence
    • Demonstration of original thought in business plan development and history of successful execution against those plans
    • Proven success with driving new and existing client engagements

    • Results oriented, self-starter who can effectively influence across multiple role levels, drive priorities, and own outcomes in a matrix environment
    • Demonstrated ability to manage potentially a geographically remote team of associates in a manner that instills a strong belief in achieving team goals, focuses on preparedness, creates a passion for winning and personal development/growth
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, planning, and problem-solving skills
    • Bachelor’s degree required, Masters preferred
    • Fluent in both English and Norwegian language
