The SMB sales function is responsible for selling Dun & Bradstreet’s products and services to new and existing clients by developing or expanding business significantly the company within micro, small & medium segments. The SMB Sales function will have a major impact on the company’s long-term success.
 
The sales team is responsible for maintaining and growing the revenue stream through renewal management, win-back, cross-sell, up-sell of new opportunities.
 
The Senior Sales Leader SMB is responsible to build, inspire and lead sales to achieve sales growth strategies such as cross-selling, upselling to existing accounts, and new customer acquisition as required, meeting or exceeding assigned sales objectives.

In this role you will lead and coach your team members in all aspects of the sales process. You lead by example and drive an award-winning culture. You will build a high performing team to achieve strategic and revenue goals. Your main focus is the medium business segment.

Essential Key Responsibilities

    • As a Senior Sales Leader you actively monitor daily sales activities, pipeline, budgeting and forecasting to secure sales results.
    • You will;
    • Execute and participate team, country and regional level annual planning, budgeting and securing plan execution
    • Lead and participate selected business plan initiatives across the region
    • Execute global collaboration across different stakeholders and functions
    • Develop career plans for your team members and identify areas of exposure and growth to help them achieve their career plan aspirations via one to one conversations
    • Drive, monitor and maintain a culture of compliance and risk control, and demonstrate a strong commitment to high integrity and ethics. Serve as a thought leader in the industry, meaning staying up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies, to be able to sell and coach team members
    • This role requires traveling beyond city limits for the interest of business

Education and Experience

    • To be successful in this role we believe you have;  A minimum five years in remote sales, digital and solutions sales, with at least 5-7 years in leadership role.
    • A degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
    • An industry experience preferred in consulting, technology verticals and SMB segment knowledge
    • A strong leadership, coaching and strategic planning skills
    • A highly articulate with excellent cross cultural business communication (verbal and written) skills and interaction skills suitable for a global corporate environment
    • Excellent industry-leading sales methodology, salesforce, MS-Excel, MSPowerPoint and MS-Word skills
    • Full work proficiency in Swedish and English.
