·       Execute industry research across multiple sectors

·       Analyze and understand the requirement of internal as well as external clients in perspective of the sector to be covered

·       Initiate coverage of new sectors

·       Prepare sectoral research reports single handedly or in tandem with team depending on the mandate

·       Market size estimation techniques and forecasting

·       Undertake peer and industry benchmarking including financial and operational benchmarking

·       Understanding of Financial Statements and Ratio Analysis

·       Collect necessary information/ data required for the study and analyze the same with logical interpretations

·       Responsible for client interaction, document review, technical and industry analysis                                                                        

·       Undertake secondary research through authenticated sources and find meaning from fragmented data points                                                                                                   

·       Draft/Write necessary reports based on the information collected

·       Come up with business development ideas, drive the sales team and client interactions

·       Ensures process adherence and data privacy at all times for error free timely delivery of projects.

·       Works cohesively with other team members from different departments

·       Works under the direct supervision of the Senior manager/ deputy leader/ Leader.

 

 

·       MBA Finance/CA/CFA with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience will be preferred

·       Prior experience of market research/ financial research/ equity research will be an advantage

·       Well spoken, report writing skills and proficient in English language

·       Analytical Capabilities and Problem Solving abilities

·       Sound Business Knowledge / Update on Current Affairs

 

·       Decision makers & Senior Leaders (CTO/CFO/GM) at MNCs, Large Indian Corporates, Proprietor’s, PSU’s and Banks

·       RMS Operations Team, RMS Sales Team & other support functions

 

·       Strong interpersonal and Presentation skills

·       Excellent influencing and negotiation skills

·       Good business acumen and sound market knowledge

·       Initiative, drive and enthusiasm

·       Good planning and organizational skills

·       The ability to work calmly under pressure
