Are you passionate about driving business growth and leading a dynamic sales team? We are looking for a Solution Sales Leader to join our team and spearhead our sales strategies across our Sales and Marketing product lines. At Dun & Bradstreet we empower sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve the impact of go-to-market strategies with better data, analytics, and solutions built on this data foundation. Our end-to-end solutions improve performance across the buyer journey and give clients the insights they need to grow faster. This role will be responsible for driving growth, aligning client needs to our product capabilities and leading a high performing team to meet our sales objectives.
This role will report into our Managing Director for Sweden, and lead a team 10 solution managers based across Sweden. If you have a proven track record in sales leadership and a passion for achieving excellence, we would love to hear from you!
Key responsibilities
- Be involved in defining and executing the Product Go To Market Strategic business plan, coordinating with direct sales, Partner Alliances and Product resources to ensure strategic alignment
- Work with broader sales team on accurately sales forecasting and projecting expected sales for new products by revenue stream
- Build senior level executive relationship with global, institutional clients
- Facilitate business development through client co-development sessions, face-to-face meetings, and leadership of all business development activities
- Capture Client Sentiment and operate as “Voice of the Client” to feed cycle of continuous improvement
- Navigate complex deal management and negotiations
- Monitor an active pipeline of forecasted sales for each team member to meet annual quota objectives
- Drive, monitor and maintain a culture of compliance and risk control, and demonstrate a strong commitment to high integrity and ethics
- Lead and coach your team members in all aspects of the sales process and drive the award-winning culture
- Serve as a thought leader in the industry, staying up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote D&B's offerings
About you
- Minimum of eight years experience in a senior enterprise level consulting or services sales role focusing on business development
- Strong experience leading high performing teams
- Demonstration of original thoughts in Go-to-Market strategic business plan and history of successful implementation and execution against those plans
- Proven success in closing sales, winning clients, managing client relationships with portfolio of accounts and attaining or exceeding annual quotas
- Ability to rapidly assess client environments from a business process, organizational and technological perspective, and effectively prioritize opportunities for growth
- Full fluency in Swedish and English

New Office Location
Our office is currently located in Solna, however we are very excited to be moving to a beautiful new location in central Stockholm at the end of 2025. Our future address will be Fleminggatan 14 in Kungsholmen, just a short walk from Stockholm Central Station.
