Responsibilities

    • Work with back office/finance teams to resolve any billing/tax/invoice issues. Process usage adjustments/invoice cancellations and pull customer invoices per requested, etc. Ensure PO is secured and provided to a/r in time to submit the invoice per the payment terms on the contract
    • Create other various reports by request from Engagement Managers and Client Directors, i.e., multi-year, customer usage reports on products for customers, etc. Ensure contracts/usage trackers are uploaded and up to date in Teams & SFDC. Ensure any necessary fields in salesforce are properly populated i.e. use case/risk level/etc.
    • Process all new business orders through the back office system. Responsible for generating and quoting renewal business.
    • Set up new and delete existing users for D&B products, enter and track cases for customers with technical issues, and reset customer usernames and passwords. Client investigations or updates to own report or report they have pulled; Entering and tracking Cases to make sure they are getting done in a timely matter (technical issues, users, data investigations (add or deletes) .
    • In partnership with the Deal Desk, coordinate multi-year process-initiate subsequent year’s billing (delivery logs) against existing orders. Resolve any RFI’s or questions related to such orders. Also review autorenewals to ensure completion.
    • Ensure accuracy of custom order forms to ensure accuracy of all products/services.

Experience

    • Minimum of 3-4 years of sales experience; or supporting a sales team.
    • Ability to read and comprehend documents written in French.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Handle multiple tasks well, in a fast paced, professional environment.
    • Demonstrated organizational and planning skills.
    • College degree preferred and/or equal business experience
