The Nordic Delivery Management Team:   
 
The teams focus is to drive successful implementation projects across the local delivery teams and technical delivery services for multiple markets or product lines. You will be part of a Nordic team working in all four Markets. 
 
The Role: 
 
In this role you will be project managing the successful implementation of complex solutions for clients from inception through to closing, delivering to time and quality.

The Customer Project Manager manages cross-functional teams of employees, vendors, and customers responsible for the definition and delivery of D&B solutions and services. You will review external client’s demands together with internal stakeholders by leading Statement of Work, align in project plans and control the project to ensure that implementations are completed on time and meet client expectations. The Customer Project Managers responsibility is to plan, oversee and document all aspects of the assigned projects. In this role you will work closely with relevant stakeholders to assure that the scope and direction of each project is clear and to request support from other department.

Your Role Will Include:

    • Drive high priority implementation projects by coordinating and leading cross functional teams, customers, and 3rd parties according to customer agreement with quality in a secure and resilient way. 
    • Review external client’s demands together with internal stakeholders by leading and document Statement of Work, align in project plans and drive the project to ensure that implementations are completed on time and meet client expectations.
    • Provide clear and concise project management deliverables and communications to secure that the customer experience is optimal and that the process is continuous improved.
    • Coordinate all relevant resources. external and internal, for the flawless execution of multiple projects 

To be succesful in this role, we believe you are/have;

    • A strong project manager delivering results & meeting customer expectation
    • A proactive communicator that addresses the project in a transparent, honest, and curious way. 
    • Strong in Documentation of ex Statement of Work or similar project documentations
    • A smart, adaptable, and open-minded team player
    • At least 5 years of demonstrable project management experience
    • Preferably a certificate in a Project Management Methodology (PMP, PMBOK or Agile)
    • Full work proficiency in Swedish.

New Office Location
Our office is currently located in Solna, however we are very excited to be moving to a beautiful new location in central Stockholm at the end of 2025. Our future address will be Fleminggatan 14 in Kungsholmen, just a short walk from Stockholm Central Station.
