The Global Compliance & Ethics Operations Analyst is an integral team member responsible for supporting the GC&E Team with key deliverables – with integrated process, on time delivery and excellence.

Responsibilities:

ROPA (Records of Processing):
Develop a project plan and timeline for the ongoing maintenance and updates to the Records of Processing in the Trust Arc system.
Develop an accurate, complete, and up to date Records of Processing within Trust Arc
Ensure all systems, third party, company, business process records are created and updated and manage all new records into the ROPA daily.
Manage ongoing maintenance of ROPA with a defined path and methodology.
Program Support:
Assume additional program support efforts to enable excellence in GC&E.
This will include (but is not limited to) developing the Legal Compliance and Ethics reporting methodology and dashboard for a holistic view of all GCE metrics globally Regular reporting on Data Subject Requests.
Conduct research, provide analysis and support solutions to meet compliance requirements.
Support project requirements related to the development and implementation of projects owned by GC&E.
Migrate Policies/Procedures to Convergepoint system.

Metrics:
Support the GC&E Director of Operations to collect and validate monthly metrics for reporting to Stakeholders.
Review all submitted metrics for accuracy and consistency. Identify key trends over time for all metrics.
Establish insights and analytics and deliver meaningful reporting.
Develop a GC&E Dashboard for stakeholder transparency. This should be a ‘live’ dashboard with drilldown capabilities.

What You Bring to the Table:
Naturally curious with passion for ‘what can be'.
Must be able to manage several projects, multitask, and work well under pressure.
1-2 years in depth analytical expertise, with room to learn and grow
Advanced written and interpersonal communication skills with a growing ability to identify and communicate to management key initiatives, progress and new ideas.
Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to wear “multiple hats,” pivot, and constantly evaluate/re-evaluate the best solutions.
Ability to work as a strong team player but independently as needed—and always with a sense of purpose and humor.
A commitment to collaborate, communicate, and engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
A passion for data, analytics, and compliance.
A strong skillset in Excel, PowerBI and other analytics tools
Strong attention to detail, and willingness to update data to ensure highest quality When data sources are not evident, identify data sources and integrate them into reporting/metrics.
High standard of excellence, accuracy and consistency, personal integrity, and accountability
$53,600 - $94,300 a year
Annual bonus included.
