Reactive problem solving - in more complex cases (Rating, Scoring changes, local and international data issues, report information, potential legal issues) in collaboration with back office teams (IT, Data, Analytics, Legal) and the International Network, and offices (D&B).

Key responsibilities

    • Providing all necessary back office support for the use of services, renewal of contracts and documentation (for example: activation of services, management of admin interfaces, legal declarations)
    • Carrying out tasks related to orders, customer notifications, and customer accesses
    • High-level customer communication in the direction of customers' questions about products and services, as well as other businesses included in the company's database
    • Management of contact channels (chat, phone, email)
    • Support of sales activities
    • Active participation in product introductions and updates
