About the role
Dun & Bradstreet is an almost 200 year old company whose original purpose was providing more business information to customers. In this same spirit of transparency, D&B is extending its efforts to generate ESG intel on its robust coverage of companies.
 
With this position, you will play a key role driving the success of D&B’s go to market top priorities as well as owning our Go To Market (GTM) governance framework.  With our customer experience forefront, you will have responsibility for ensuring good governance of GTM activities and processes, you will identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures to drive efficient commercial success.

Key responsibilities

    • Maintain, evolve, and champion our Go To Market (GTM) operating model across multiple departments and countries
    • Operate as a program manager for top priority GTM initiatives across several programs at any one time, typically running between 6 – 18 months each.
    • Provide regular reporting of GTM initiatives across multiple European countries inc. management of potential risks, opportunities, and mitigation plans
    • Operate as a coach and mentor to GTM managers to equip and enable them to self manage GTM initiatives with out formal GTM Program Management engagement
    • Constantly identify opportunities to improve our GTM operating model, including spotting process, organizational, skills / experience gaps, and define ways to address the challenge including driving through the change to successful resolution
    • Play instrumental role in the international expansion of D&B’s go to market framework and the direct commercial success / associated KPIs
    • Ownership for cross business initiatives such as competitor intelligence activities and business case development.

Eseential requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree, or advanced degree such as Master’s / MBA
    • 5+ years experience in go to market, product launch, or commercial program management  
    • Experience in managing complex programs with commercial objectives, with stakeholders in multiple countries
    • Has experience leading large initiatives in matrixed organizations including cross functional leadership to achieve stated business objectives
    • Background in data / analytics industry a plus
    • Strong communicator with ability to influence, negotiate and build trust across multiple departments
    • Presentation skills (both in spoken and written formats) and fluency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
    • Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, with a positive, “can do” attitude
    • Fluency in English, and fluency in other European languages would be beneficial
