We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of the go-to-market strategies for our suite of digital marketing and advertising solutions.
As the Product Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with product development, market planners, sales, and other teams to deliver on objectives overtly linked to our three core constituents: Our Team Members, Our Clients, and Our Shareholders.
The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for understanding the needs and trends within the digital marketing and advertising space.
The Product Marketing Manager will own and refine product messaging, solution positioning, and translate strategic initiatives from the Annual Operating Plan into tactical initiatives, launches, and advantages for the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Go-To-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, solution enhancements, and ensure alignment with business unit (BU) objectives.
- Product Positioning: Create compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with prospects and clients and is differentiated in the market.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough and regular research on the industries, key personas, and competitive landscape to inform product development, messaging themes, and marketing strategies.
- Content and Sales Enablement: Develop impactful sales collateral and comprehensive training programs to arm sales teams with the training and tools needed to effectively communicate the value of the portfolio.
- Prospect and Customer Feedback: Regularly gather and analyze prospect and client feedback on our solutions to inform product roadmap, messaging, and positioning.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with leaders, stakeholders, and individual contributors across product management, market planning, marketing, operations, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
Education and Experience
- Bachelors Degree - Required
Skills Needed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- 4+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising technology space(s) or in an adjacent field.
- Self-starter and highly-motivated, results-driven, and detail-oriented.
- Proven experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing technologies and advertising solutions and vendors.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to distill technical information.
- Strong analytic and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-informed decisions.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM, JIRA, Confluence, Asana, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
