Dun & Bradstreet is seeking a Technical Implementation Consultant to work in a fast-paced environment on some of our newest and most innovative products. The successful candidate will work independently as well as partner with technical and customer-facing teams to implement and support technical solutions for our customers, as well as troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform technical implementation and provide support of standard and customized deliverables for customers of our integrated products and applications
    • Manage multiple API implementations concurrently. Interface with D&B team members to provide guidance regarding technical requirements definition and/or issue resolution
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while working with peer and partner groups as needed. Complete implementations, provide support and technical issue resolution within attention paid to quality and timeliness
    • Act as the subject matter expert internally and externally on how D&B Products work within the API landscape
    • Make recommendations for system, process and product enhancements based on experience implementing and supporting the product. Work as part of a team to deploy enhancements

About You:

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving and trouble shooting skills
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
    • Ability to communicate (oral and written) complex technical requirements, issues and solutions in a professional manner
    • Project Management, process design & documentation skills. Previous customer service experience
    • Advantage if you have experience in CRM system admin, SQL, JSON/XML, or the major coding languages
    • Advantageous to professionally communicate in one or more of  the Nordic languages
