About the role
Leading a team of Sales Operations analysts essential to sales force productivity you will support all sales activity across the Nordics and deliver against the Nordic Region business strategy. As Nordic Sales Operations Director you are responsible for scaling predictable revenue growth through operational excellence across the Nordics Sales organization. The role is accountable for the tools, processes, and business decisioning to optimize go-to-market productivity and ensure the success of strategic priorities across the Nordic Region, collaborating closely with the sales leaders and their operating teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and develop a strong talented team based on organizational needs.
- Support and streamline sales forecasting and planning in collaboration with key functions and stakeholders in the business.
- Be accountable for the sales support function to all Nordic countries and collaborate with country leads.
- Work with sales leaders to define clear operational standards e.g., tools, processes, key metrics, and pipeline management.
- Identify sales business operations & process issues and work with sales teams to resolve, driving for continuous improvement.
- Own the integrity of Nordic CRM systems and works closely with sales leaders to optimize effectiveness of the system. Secure consistency in process reporting on a cross Nordic scale.
- Be the spearhead for the Nordic stakeholders driving the transformation of the European CRM strategy.
- Work closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritizes opportunities for improvement.
Your experiences and qualities
- You will have a comprehensive knowledge of the sales cycle along with in-depth knowledge of market and competitor knowledge.
- You will demonstrate an understanding of:
- Deep level of business acumen
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- In-depth knowledge of CRM systems
- Ability to define clear operational standards and drive continuous improvement
- In-depth experience in sales & marketing processes with use of analytics to drive business decisions

Your education & experience:
- Solid experience in a similar role with some sales management experience in a B2B environment
- Experience leading a team is essential
- BSc/BA degree or equivalent related experience
