About the Role
 
The Digital Demand Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategy in the DACH market. You’ll plan and actively manage search and display campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms. Your goals will focus on driving brand awareness, generating leads, and increasing online engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools, excellent project management skills, and the ability to analyze and optimize marketing campaigns.

This is a hybrid role (3 days / week in Budapest Office)

Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals across SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing
    • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other channels
    • Analyze keyword trends to identify opportunities to increase content visibility
    • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Looker Studio, Google Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce, and Tableau
    • Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and best practices

Your profile:

    • 1 year + experience in digital marketing with a strong track record of successful campaigns management
    • Fluent in German and English
    • Expertise in digital tools and platforms such as SA360, CM360, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and CRM/marketing automation tools
    • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media
    • Experience with smart bidding strategies
    • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to support decisions
    • Strong project management and multitasking skills
    • Creative thinker with a passion for digital trends and innovation
