L&D Consultant – Job Description
Role Summary:
A learning and development consultant is expected to assist the learning and development lead in planning programs and the implementation of D&Bs learning initiatives. The consultant can also play an instrumental role in the analysis of an organization’s training needs and creation of its L&D strategy.
Job Description:
·         Training Need analysis for learning programs (Surveys etc.)
·         Execution of annual training plan for the organization- execute the complete training life cycle which includes pre, during and post training activities.
·         Supporting the business partners on specific learning interventions
·         Executing the learning plan for HR team
·         Support the global L&D team by ensuring 100% completion within timelines of protect the franchise modules launched on Workday, Involves rigorous follow up and status reports to leaders
·         Custodian of the Education Assistance Program Policy
·         Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement
·         Keeping track of training records & program budgets
·         Execution of 7 Talents leadership global program
·         GPTW organization action planning
Qualification & Experience:
Postgraduate/ master’s degree in Human resources, organizational development, psychology or another closely related field.
Work Experience of 2-3 years in Learning and Development
Skills required:
Key skills and knowledge include strong communication skills, ability to collaborate, stakeholder management, detail oriented and proficient user of Microsoft desktop applications
