Responsibilities

    • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies to meet business objectives.
    • Coordinate and support the planning and execution of events, including conferences, seminars, workshops, and promotional activities.
    • Develop and update sales and marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, sales kits, and other collateral as needed.
    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives effectively.
    • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
    • Support marketing operations such as procurement, new supplier onboarding and internal compliance processes of marketing agencies/suppliers.
    • Closely working with various internal stakeholders across sales, product/solutions, customer services, finance etc.

Requirement

    • Degree or above, preferably in Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or Public Relations majors.
    • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the marketing field.
    • Prefer experience in B2B marketing, with a background in event management (including both physical and webinar formats).
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Experience in Marketing Automation Software (e.g. Marketo) and SalesForce is preferred.
    • Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese with bilingual copywriting skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, team players, well organized with good problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude.
