About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent for our organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and proactively source candidates through various channels.

Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet the organization's talent acquisition goals.
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions that effectively communicate requirements and expectations.
    • Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, and other key performance indicators.
    • Source candidates through online job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and other channels.
    • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates to determine their fit for open positions.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
    • Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages.
    • Build and maintain relationships with candidates & hiring managers, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recommend improvements to recruitment processes and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

    • Master’s degree in human resources.
    • 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully filling roles in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience in Technology hiring is preferred
    • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
    • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
    • Ability to work independently and lead a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
