As an Inside Sales Specialist, your primary focus will be on retaining existing clients, upselling, and cross-selling. Your role is pivotal in fostering lasting relationships and maximizing opportunities for growth within our client portfolio.

You will:

    • Achieve individual monthly sales targets.
    • Actively participate in achieving the annual sales plan of the SMB retention team.
    • Prepare sales-related documents (orders, contracts) in compliance with the required format and content. Sign them during the negotiation process as defined in the Approval Matrix.
    • Coordinate and manage internal discussions necessary for successful business transactions.
    • Maintain and update internal systems, submit required reports on time, with a focus on sales-related reports (Pipeline, FC, etc.).
    • Continuously develop knowledge and skills, participate in company-organized training sessions.
    • Support the development of the SMB team with experience and knowledge, assist less experienced colleagues, and facilitate the integration of new team members.
    • Ensure the renewal of contracts in the portfolio, achieve specified retention and churn ratios, and maintain regular communication with clients.
    • Establish "Cross sell" transactions with existing clients.
    • Actively participate in the successful introduction of new product versions through product development within the client portfolio (Upgrade Program).
    • Maintain regular contact with clients via phone, online collaboration systems, or in-person.

You bring:

    • A minimum of 1 year of sales experience
    • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Strong listening and presentation skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
