Role Overview: 
As an Senior Project Manager will look into Operations Majorly, also called as RTB Manager, you are technical, a team leader, with previous hands-on experience as production support, ready to drive Maintenance and help the team solve incident, problem management. You will bring technical acumen with success in leading teams to maintain highly scalable, distributed software systems. You are a creative thinker with a passion for Service Management, Project Management and motivating team members to deliver on targeted, strategic objectives. 
Key Responsibilities: 
• Manage a geographically distributed, cross-functional software maintenance teams.
•  Hands-on Operations engineering accountability, developing with your team, as you lead, coach, and mentor, leveraging your knowledge and skills across projects and stakeholders, driving change/delivering impactful outcomes.
•  Collaborate with Development team, product management and Business teams and work across other engineering teams to identify, plan, and ensure successful resolution of customer cases.
•  Champion a high-availability production environment with a focus on logging and monitoring, alerting, debugging, and on-call rotation to maintain 99.95% uptime.
• Incident, Problem and Continuous improvement. ITIL, ITSM framework knowledge.
• Very good Communication skills, Preparing and representing the Governance reports to Stake Holders.
• Support Project Governance by overseeing Weekly Status reports, RAID reports and also Metrics which can be shared to Stake Holders and followed up from teams.

Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering with strong computer science fundamentals
• Experience leading and managing teams that support the production environment and handle customer cases.
• 7-10 + years of HANDS-ON experience in analyzing, debugging the customer issues and helping customer in web applications with REST APIs, databases, and storage. 
• Knowledge of full-stack software development and knowledge of the frontend, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Experience in understanding the high-availability system design, architecture, cloud technologies, SQL databases, open source, and web technologies. 
• Understanding of diverse API paradigms (REST)
• Very good exposure to production environments/operations, logging and monitoring, alerts, maintenance, and on-call rotation procedure.
• Knowledge of cloud-based applications interacting with APIs, databases and storage. Specifically, AWS EC2, S3, Kinesis Data Streams, Lambda, Elastic Beanstalk, CloudFront & CloudWatch.
• Ability to work well in a team/collaborative environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
