The Role
The Programs Support Administrator primarily supports two well-established programs at Dun & Bradstreet: the ISO Program (60% focus) which covers the certification of our information Security, Privacy Information, Environmental, and Quality Management Systems across multiple locations; and the Corporate ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) Program which supports the whole company (40% focus).
This plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of key initiatives within our International Business Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the collection, verification, and validation ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) data collected by Data Owners across Dun & Bradstreet.
- Track progress toward sustainability goals and maintain related documentation for the Corporate ESG team.
- Organise meetings and prepare related content for various virtual teams (ISO Leads, Coordinators, ESG Ambassadors, and ESG Data Owners)
- Maintain and update ISO and ESG program content on The Hub (intranet) and for our public facing website pages.
- Support Corporate ESG team with questionnaire submissions to ESG rating agencies and maintain the team’s client inquiry repository
- Manage logs, registers, and controlled documents within the Management Systems. Monitor such ‘controlled’ document status and remind owners of required updates.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external audit meetings for our ISO programs.
- Support the expansion and implementation of ISO-aligned Management Systems. Coordinate the collection of inputs for ISO Management System Reviews
- Monitor shared ISO & ESG mailboxes drafting responses to enquiries.
- Process invoices and supplier compliance checks in line with the company policies
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or other relevant field is preferred
- At least 1 years of experience in programs supporting role
- Familiarity with ESG, Sustainability, or CSR programs is highly desirable
- Experience in working with ISO-certified management systems is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
- Excellent communication both verbal & written skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills
