The People team’s vision is to enrich the lives of every team member at Dun & Bradstreet globally.  The team is comprised of distinct functions cross-collaborating to achieve our collective goals: Business Partners; Talent Acquisition; Total Rewards; Learning & Development; People Operations, Employee Relations; and People Analytics.

This is a key role supporting the fast-paced global Data and Analytics, Finance and Corporate Risk organizations.  In this role, you will partner with our Data and Analytics, Finance and Corporate Risk client groups and be an integral member of the Business Partner team providing the overall ‘people’ support.  The primary purpose of your role is to be the peoples’ consultant and get our team engaged…. which shouldn’t be too hard with this group!  You’ll play a key role in coaching (hope you’re good at it!), helping figure out the ebbs and flows of people coming in and out, making sure we’re building future stars, handling those delicate employee situations and helping find other top talent to join our team!  The People Business Partner team serves as our culture guru and help our leaders attract and retain the best and brightest. This role will be based in Jacksonville, Florida location and report to the People Business Partner leader, based in our Center Valley, PA location.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide strategic People Business Partner support to a dynamic organization. Requires building strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
    • Ability to multi-task and successfully juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic fast paced environment.
    • Implement the talent agenda through organizational design and optimization of human capital resources, included talent planning, assessment and selection.
    • Drive a pay for performance culture within a robust performance management program.
    • Advise on change management activities and drive clarity in the organization as we transform.  This will include providing insights that will aid in strategic recommendations, change management proposals and execution accuracy. 
    • Provide business partnering to leaders on the full range of people disciplines including organization design, culture change, developing high performing teams, employee engagement, leadership, learning & development and transformation.
    • Drive the Total Rewards agenda including annual bonus and merit processes.
    • Provide oversight on critical internal employee relations issues.
    • Provide backup onsite Business partner support in Jacksonville office.

Key Requirements:

    • Results driven individual that proactively gets things done!
    • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree and/or PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
    • 8 years of broad Human Resources experience with a minimum of 2+ years of HR Business Partner experience. Has a strategic talent mindset and collaborates with the business to build the talent plan to enhance business performance.
    • Must be data inspired with strong attention to accuracy, ability to analyze, identify key issues and prepare recommendations.
    • Strong business acumen and the curiosity to understand the business.
    • Experience working through change and ability to influence our leaders and team members to drive winning outcomes.
    • Comfortable providing feedback and using a coaching model to help people identify and resolve their challenges.
    • Familiar with organization design and development.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
    • Ability to work comfortably in a virtual environment.
