Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to the global trade strategy by defining a clear, simple and well thought through plan to develop trade coverage in UK & I
    • Help define and execute an overall plan for the region; suggesting new ways to expand trade coverage and improve ways trade is acquired at D&B to enhance coverage results.
    • Own and drive overall acquisition performance; drive and achieve all KPI’s and goals as set by the head of trade Europe. Report back progress against goals accurately and make remedial proposals to improve overall results.
    • Partner with key external partners as well as internal stakeholders to help execute on an agreed plan – this may involve making effective business cases internally, influencing and helping to close agreements with partners.
    • Networking and representing D&B in local business environment including Associations and business clubs
    • Report timely and correctly on acquisition performances, perform according to agreed KPIs
    • Proven ability to drive end results -  with a track record of  executing against and owning plans. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead them  ‘end to end’ with clear results.
    • Proven ability to make decisions quickly, avoid distractions and develop efficient processes with a bias to action.
    • Ability to manage a high volume workload at a fast pace with strong attention to detail and a high bar for quality and delivery.
    • Analytical, disciplined, data-oriented decision maker and problem solver. Strong bias toward decisive action. Strong organizational skills.
    • Relevant business experience; Data acquisition or sales background preferred, achieved  in a peer organization or preferably in Service or Financial Industry.

Requirements:

    • Proven ability to drive end results with a track record of  executing against and owning plans. Proven ability to manage projects and lead them  ‘end to end’ with clear results.
    • Proven ability to make work efficiently, and develop relationships. Ability to manage a high volume workload at a fast pace with strong attention to detail and a high bar for quality and delivery. Analytical, disciplined, problem solver. Strong communication abilities. Strong organizational skills.
    •  5+  Years of relevant business experience; Data acquisition or sales background preferred, achieved  in a peer organization or preferably in Service or Financial Industry.
