主要職責

    • 客戶溝通與問題處理透過電話、Email、Teams 等方式與客戶進行互動,協助解決產品操作與應用問題,確保問題能有效解決。
    • 客戶反饋蒐集與使用追蹤主動收集並整理客戶意見與建議,協助內部團隊優化產品與服務;同時追蹤客戶使用情況(Usage Tracking),並提出改善建議。
    • 客戶關係經營與滿意度提升定期檢視客戶滿意度與服務品質,與內部團隊合作優化客戶體驗,提升品牌忠誠度與續約率。
    • 產品與服務傳遞熟悉 D&B 產品功能與應用情境,協助客戶順利導入與操作,提升使用成效。
    • 跨部門協作協調內部資源,處理客戶重大需求或投訴,確保在第一時間提供解方與後續跟進,建立良好的合作機制。
    • 專案與主管指派任務支援支援主管交辦之專案、內部流程優化、或客戶專案推動。

任職條件

    • 具 2 年以上 B2B 客戶服務或業務支援相關經驗
    • 擁有良好溝通能力與客戶關係管理技巧,能獨立規劃與執行專案任務
    • 熟悉售後服務流程、具備快速吸收產品知識與應用邏輯的能力
    • 中英文聽說讀寫能力良好,能進行專業溝通與E-mail書信往來
    • 具備文書應用及電腦操作技能(Excel/Word/ PowerPoint/ Outlook)
