PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Describe the major activities of the job, emphasizing the end results which must be achieved.
Process optimization
· Automate manual collection of commercial data from various sources and govern data quality with standardization
· Streamline data / information collection process to enhance team efficiency and product quality (e.g. expand productivity, report quality, etc.)
· Modernize channels of delivering to customers systems and methods of receiving data from third parties in a seamless and timely manner
Product fulfilment and advancements
· Facilitate customers’ POC / use cases converging reporting and data collection workstreams
· Present conceptual research in workflows and implement for project analysis / deliveries
· Explore meaningful commercial data sources to grow our content with quality
Create data insights / Implement new product workflows
· Increase value of our content by packaging products along with new data and/or new applications designed for professional decision makers to grow our businesses (particularly for ESG related deliverables in Y2023-Y2024)
· Partner with global data operations / analytics teams answering for customers needs
· Develop insightful solutions with technology teams adjacent to macro trends globally
Bachelor's degree in business or technology subjects; advanced degree preferred
· Over 5 years of relevant work experience with proven record in solutions with in-depth understanding of data-as-a-service and financial reporting / analytics
· Strong cross-functional communication, change management and complex problem solving capabilities
· Expert in design thinking and prioritization skills to ensure highest value captured
· Ability to work under pressure without compromising on deliverables
· Conduct structural planning, proactive and resourceful in data acquisitions
· Identify gaps and opportunities in the product offerings / services and support development for enhancements and expansions collaborating with customer success
· Previous experience preferable with process reengineering and operational process design / digital transformation or business coach / consultancy
· Fluent in English both written and oral
