The Associate, Business Operation within Country Insight Group (CIG) will be responsible for managing operation of country insights reports which includes – management of CMS platform, delivery of reports and management of delivery platform (website), creating marketing collaterals, managing database and processes, running e-alerts, managing department’ email inbox and taking action appropriately. Work with internal/external economists/stakeholders on content, concepts and ideas, identify and recommend improvements for implementation within the Country Insight team. Create impact-full, market friendly headlines or short texts from country insight reports and send across to targeted recipients within deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Reports

    • Create and manage a database and integrate with existing database platform and data workflows. Work with economists to extract relevant data and information across countries and convert text into possible information/data and assist economists in capturing prevalent theme within a given country.
    • Partnering with Economist team to enhance content assets to achieve shared goals for database coverage, completeness, and accuracy. Partnering with cross functional teams (sales, economists, editors) for ideas and execution of those ideas.
    • Support editor team in QC and editing.

Data Management

    • Developing, testing and implementing Data Management solutions and new data processes.
    • Partner with the economist team to analyse new data assets and sources to ensure they meet the appropriate quality standards. Recommends and executes activities to continuously improve data maintenance processes and workflows and deliver data quality standards.
    • Mine and analyse data from databases to drive optimization and improvements in products, marketing techniques and business strategies.
    • Understanding insights and business requirements to make and implement recommendations for data improvements from a source, workflow and content perspective for the CIG team.

Business Operation

    • Management of database for existing report structure, data extraction process and delivery of reports as per set delivery framework.
    • Working with finance team, managing revenue tracking sheet and maintaining client sheet.

Marketing support/Client support

    • Create highly impactful headlines which can be used for marketing CIG products and generate leads.
    • Understanding D&B products and use-cases and accordingly create text in the headlines which can lead to cross-sell opportunities for other products within the D&B product family.
    • Work with sales representatives across country/markets and collect client feedback on the product and suggest ways to improve the products.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

    • Certificate/degree in Data science/statistical tools. Experience working with and creating data architectures.
    • Proven experience of working on production management, business process in a digital framework and a dynamic world
    • Experience of handling client queries or requests
    • Proven expertise in development of digital tools to create ideas independently
    • Excellent communication and organisational skills. Capable of working across multiple assignments to produce quality output.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively across all levels.
    • A degree-level qualification in English or related discipline. Experience of editing content is mandatory.
    • Good level of Word and Excel skills.
