We are excited to now be recruiting for an Integrated Marketing Manager in our Vienna office. Working in a team of Integrated Marketing Managers in DACH, this role is responsible for creating and executing a marketing strategy and plan in Austria that maps to commercial objectives in the region. This role works closely with the Manager, Integrated Marketing, commercial directors and GTM leads as well as European Marketing team members.

Key responsibilities:

    • Accountability for overall marketing strategy and tactics to achieve defined SMART objectives and growth numbers for Austria and business units in terms of leads, deals, revenue and other key metrics
    • Work closely with Sales leaders and team to align on priorities and plan effective marketing activities, and partner with sales executives to recommend pipeline building activities
    • Contribution to product value propositions together with the product and sales teams
    • Be responsible for and collaborate on relevant integrated campaigns across DACH, including but not limited to a mixture of direct marketing, nurtures, webinars, digital inbound & outbound, events, tradeshows, PR, content, telemarketing, and social elements – deploying test and learn approach for maximum effectiveness
    • Partners are a key channel in developing sales and the role collaborates with Partner Marketing on related activities
    • Work with Global teams to ensure local messaging and requirements are reflected in the value proposition, offering/ segment messaging, and manage their delivery.
    • Report on territory pipeline building activities to understand contribution to pipeline health, and to evaluate marketing effectiveness/return on investment. Work closely with analytics team to track progress and ROI.
    • Collaborate with vendors and event partners locally
    • Stay on top of emerging industry and marketing trends, adopting best practices and striving for continuous improvement

Your profile

    • You should hold a Bachelor degree preferably in a marketing/business related discipline and have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (B2B & data industry preferred), with experience of building brand awareness and generating demand
    • You should be passionate about marketing, and working in data driven way
    • Experience building strong relationships and trust with sales is essential, and tracking and monitoring campaign performance
    • Excellent negotiating skills and ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines

    • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines.
    • The successful candidate will have a hands-on, collaborative working style with a proven track record of delivering impactful campaigns and events on the key pain points of our target groups.
    • Strong communication skills to reduce complex information to the essential
    • Familiarity with Marketing Technologies such as Salesforce CRM, web analytics, ad servers, DMPs, etc.
    • Knowledge of marketing automation systems (Marketo preferred, Hubspot, etc.) 
    • Fluency in German and English is required for this role

The actual salary for this role will depend on your qualifications and experience. What is also important to us is to pay our employees an internally comparable salary. For legal reasons, we need to disclose the minimum annual salary for full-time employment, which is €52,700 for this position.
