In this role you will be a part of the Finance Team to support the business & Sales organization in the Nordics by competitive pricing strategies to gain market. The role requires the ability to Analyze data from multiple sources, develop complex pricing models / calculators for our products and the ability to collaborate with our Sales/Product teams on client deal pricing/ structuring pricing.
The team ensures alignment between the strategic financial targets and commercial priorities to deliver expected business results. You will play a central role in supporting our sales team to create additional sales growth while delivering on the expected profitability. The Pricing Manager will also be responsible for assisting the Head of Pricing in recommending new pricing strategies to expand the company’s reach within various sales segments. Additionally, you will help structure contracts and product solutions to address unique customer needs.
You will also need to collaborate with the pricing teams across our other international and US business to ensure consistency in our global pricing strategy and to adopt best practices across all our markets.
As a pricing analyst, you will monitor and analyze the pricing of products and services to ensure that the prices are competitive, financially and beneficial for the organization company and easy to understand by our Sales organization and by our clients. You will join a team are responsible for maintaining and developing price lists / models / Calculators calculators / Prices (e.g. identifying potential pricing updates, tariff and structure changes, discounts, changes based on consumer behavior), as well as collaboration collaborating cross-functionally within Finance, Sales, Legal and the Product organizations. Ultimately, in the this role you will you have to be very strong working with data, possess good communication skills (written and oral), be able to build a strong knowledge about the regarding D&B’s data, products and services combined with and have a high degree of commercial acumen. We are looking for Finance candidates who wish to progress in their career and who are excited to join a dynamic Finance team. You will report to the Head of Finance in the Nordics region and will be based out. The location is in of our Solna office in, Stockholm.
Essential Key Responsibilities
- Working with product organization and European global pricing organization to maintain, create and drive strategy for Product Pricing / Calculators
- Tracking prices and making recommendations to Sales and Product organization based on findings
- Ensure local pricing models are accurate and ready for sales organization
- Analyze product specifications, performance, market conditions and other relevant data to determine prices of D&B products offered by the business
- Other duties that may also include maintaining price lists, contributing for sales proposals, reviewing price quotes, generating pricing reports on sales.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or similar.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and written. 3+ years of experience within Commercial Finance / Controlling and/or Pricing and/or sales management
- Analytic skills, must be able to gather data from number of sources, process appropriately and apply appropriate metrics to make sense of it.
- Core competence include: Pricing analytic tools, SQL, Microsoft Excel and database management tools.

- Critical thinking: successfully analyze data and make recommendations regarding pricing strategies. Pricing analyst must be able to assess various scenarios and determine which is most likely to achieve the desired outcome for the organization. They need to use logic and reasoning when evaluating alternatives; Core competence include: Product / business sense, statistics and probability, economics and consumer insight
- Communications skills. Pricing analyst works with different level of management within their organization, as well as with customers. They must be able to write and report clearly, explain pricing structures or strategies, as well present complex information in an accessible manner during meetings or presentations. Core competence include: Data visualizations tool, power point
